OBEC MALINOVO

The first written record of the village comes from 1209.
The route of educational and cognitive path with nine stoppages represents to the visitors of Malinovo the history and the most precious monuments in the village. The village dominates the manor-house of the Apponyi Family built on the fundaments of the water castle. It is decorated by an English part with precious sycamores and old wooden species. The Small Danube passes around the village and its nooks are ideal for fi shermen, watermen, but also for walking tours both for walkers and cyclists. The natural amphitheatre at water used to be organized concerts, entertainment, a popular competition in cooking of goulash on Day of Village. The children playground with sitting place for parents is a friendly place to have a rest. The gridiron centre provides the training place with artifi cial lawn in full-year operation.
