OBEC RADIMOV

The first written record of the village Radimov is connected with the year 1392.
Radimov is located close to Holíč. As to the public monuments, the gothic church should be mentioned, built in years 1729 – 1734, with St. Susanne as a patroness. Near of Radimov there is a hill Zámčisko, where a fortified hill-fort from the Old and the Middle Bronze Age was located. At present the village is presented by two events, i.e.: Tasting of fruit distillates and the Festival of Country and Folk Musik - Radimovská šopa.
