







It is located in the easternmost part of Podbeskydská brázda.
The village foundation dates into 1616; it was established by settlement of Rabča. The village includes the Roman-Catholic Church 1804 – 1816, the Chapel from 1815. The village has 1,930 inhabitants. The village has 1,952 inhabitants. The village area is 2,218 ha. It is situated below The Babia Hora Mount (1,725 m above the sea level). Our village is the only one with devil exhibited in a church.
