SALAŠ KRAJINKA

The Chalet Krajinka is located near Ružomberok within picturesque charming countryside of Lower Liptov region. The chalet was founded in 1983. Directly here, together with 300 sheeps there is a traditional production of cheese products as sheep cheese, naturally smoked cheese called “oshtiepok”, žinčica (drink made of sheep milk)... The premises include the attractions for children, the shepherd’s chalet, a snug sitting place and even breeding of sheeps and donkey... optionally with excursion. From the restaurant you can see through the glass wall into the shed stall and so enjoy the chalet life and simultaneously to taste the sheep cheese noodles inside a nice scene. Only here you can enjoy the true chalet atmosphere starting with milking up to the original sheep products and thus to receive a piece of Liptov region.
