MESTSKÉ KULTÚRNE STREDISKO MESTA PIEŠTANY

Municipal Cultural Centre of Piešťany is a major cultural institution, whose mission is to organize the cultural and educational activities for all categories of age. These events are realized in more buildings: Small Stage of MCC with a theatre hall, Gallery Fontána, Cinema Fontána, the exhibition hall in an old pharmacy and Musical Pavilion in the municipal park. Cinema Fontána, besides the steady movie projections, offers also various other cultural, entertainment and social events for both the inhabitants and visitors of Piešťany. The Gallery Fontána is presenting the authors‘ art exhibitions with wide variety of works regularly each months. Spaces of MCC Small Stage, except of shows, are also used for various exhibitions and seminars with professional topics. Open- ing of summer spa season in Piešťany has already 20-years‘ tradition. Musical Pavilion is a place for regular summer promenade concerts within the months of May to September.
