Association of Municipalities Micro-Region Sekčov - Topľa is a part of the Prešov Region, the Bardejov District.
Micro-region touches the town Bardejov in the north, the town Svidník in the east, the town Giraltovce in the south. Geographically it is formed by the municipalities spreading in the basis of Rivers Sekčov and Topľa. The Micro-region municipalities are: Abrahámovce, Bartošovce, Buclovany, Fričkovce, Hankovce, Harhaj, Hertník, Hervartov, Janovce, Kľučov, Kobyly, Kochanovce, Koprivnica, Lascov, Lopúchov, Lukavica, Marhaň, Nižná Voľa, Oľšavce, Osikov, Raslavice, Rešov, Richvald , Stuľany, Šiba, Tročany, Vaniškovce, Vyšný Kručov, Vyšná Voľa. Approx. 18,500 inhabitants live in the microregion. In the micro-region there are several historical and cultural interesting sights, sacral buildings - wooden churches, biking routes, ski centres and folklore – folk festivals.
