Castle distant from village ca. 4 km, 2 nature trails with 3.5 km length pass to castle.
Entrance - adults 1.15€, children 0.50€, parking fee 1.15€, bus 2.30€; season from April to November. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The village is located at the border with Hungary on the Protective Nature Preserve Cerová Vrchovina. The village includes more cultural and historical landmarks: castle Šomoška, stony waterfall, stony see, former stone quarry and settlement Mačacia. Opportunities for fishing on local pond.
